Personna Israeli blade ( 99 cent store)
Barbasol Pacific Rush A/S

What a pleasant surprise! I picked up a five pack of these Personna blades on a whim. They are sharp and very smooth. They are in a white plastic dispenser and the package says "blades made in Israel". I may lay in a supply. 99 cents for 5 blades. Not too bad. I wonder if these are the same as Personna reds? The blades themselves have no marking on them other than the arrows showing the direction to remove from the dispenser.

I am really enjoying these SE razors, the shave from them is incredibly close. Mrs said that my face feels smoother than a cashmere woo tang! I don't know what a woo tang is, but she is right, it is very smooth.

Whipped up a nice lather in the bowl for 3 extremely close passes, feeling super smooth and smelling fresh. All in all a very pleasing Sunday shave.

Mastro Livi Grifetto, 6/8 Full Hollow, Round Point

Ladies and gentlemen, Mastro Livi Grifetto! This is the latest Mastro Livi creation and it is supposed to replace the old "new grind", now discontinued because he finished the blanks for making it. Also this new Grifetto will be made from blanks, just like the "new grind", but in this case blanks are personally made by Mastro Livi. It is however a different razor from the "new grind" as "Grifetto" is made from stainless steel. Not to mention, it shaves wonderfully!

Blade: Personna Med Prep

Brush: Semogue 1305 (boar)
Soap: Mike's Natural, Lime.

Lather made on top of the soap.
2 1/2 passes

Cold water rinse and AoS Ocean Kelp Aftershave.
