Pre-shave: MRGLO soap
Razor: Merkur 23C
Blade: Perma-Sharp Super
Brush: Vulfix 2234 Super
Cream: Proraso Sandalwood
Post Shave: Dickinson's Witch Hazel
ASL: Myrsol Emulsion + Captain's Choice Bay Rum

A “belt and suspenders” approach, I guess, but I like the extra moisturizing and protection of a balm, plus the refreshing tingle and scent of an A/S splash during the cold weather months.
