Good morning :)

Razor : Gillette 50s Super Speed Z-1
Blade : SuperMax Super Platinum (3)
Brush : Shea moisture black badger
Shaving cream : Top Ten Active
Aftershave : Barbon

I decided to use another bulgarian cream today, because they are good, and cheap, but get the job done.

Happy shaving   8)

Shave of the Day: Monday Evening, 11 September 2017

Proraso Pre-Shave Cream
Mehaz Safety Razor
Kai Stainless Razor Blade
Omega Puro Tasso Badger Hair Shaving Brush
Pacific Shaving Company Caffeinated Shaving Cream
Pacific Shaving Company Caffeinated Aftershave Balm

Well, now. This is the second time, I have used the Pacific Shaving Company's Caffeinated Products. This shaving cream lathers, much better, with a badger hair brush, than with a boar hair brush. That being said, the lather was still sub-par. Water must be added carefully, more so, even, than with a hard soap. The scent is forgettable. Literally, I forget, already, how it smells. Also, it, almost, requires a face lathering, as opposed to a hand lathering technique. The aftershave balm did its job, better than the shaving cream, but, it was only average, at best. A good balm, but, nothing to write home about.

Today, also, marks the 16th anniversary, of the day, my second adoptive mother was taken, from me. She worked, in the South Tower. May She Rest In Peace, And, May Light Perpetual Shine Upon Her.

Shave of the Day: Tuesday Morning, 12 September 2017

Shower
Aloe Vera Gel

Clearasil Face Wash
Proraso Pre-Shave Cream
Mehaz Safety Razor
Rapira Swedish Super Steel Super Stainless Razor Blade
g (Lower Case 'Jee') Shaving Bowl, for Building Lather

This was a good shave. This was a really, very, good shave. I am still searching, for the perfect blade. I got a new bowl, on Friday Night, and, this was the first time I used it. It made lather, fairly well. Tomorrow morning, I shall try a different mug. Happy Tuesday, and, Happy Shaving!

Shave of the Day: Tuesday Evening, 12 September 2017

Proraso Pre-Shave Cream
Mehaz Safety Razor
Kai Razor Blade (Ouch! Never, again.)
US Made Finest Badger Hair Shaving Brush
Arko Men Cool Shaving Cream
Arko Men Cool Aftershave Balm (Ouch! Never, again.)

Oh, man. Okay, so Cool is regular, not mentholated. This would be okay, except the balm burns me. Now, to be honest, I really wanted to like the Cool products, from Arko. However, this is the second time it has burnt my skin. I have no idea, what I was thinking, with the Kai razor blades. One pass would have been fine, but, it felt good, so, I wanted a second one. Huge mistake. These blades are sharp, but, not, at all, smooth. Okay, so, they are out of the rotation. Other than some razor burn, it was okay shave. My angle is improving. Tomorrow morning's shave shall be better, I know it.

Shave of the Day: Wednesday Morning, 13 September 2017

Shower
Aloe Vera Gel
Dove Cream Oil Lotion
Clearasil Face Wash
Proraso Pre-Shave Cream
Mehaz Safety Razor
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue
Mug: New York City Landmark Cappuccino Mug, for Building Lather
Brush: Semogue Cerda Pura Boar Hair Shaving Brush, Black Handle
Soap: Edwin Jagger Cooling Menthol Shaving Soap
Veleiro Sabonete Bar Soap
Stridex Pad
Shaving Tonic: Fine Accoutrements Fresh Vetiver Aftershave

Okay. Now, this was a much better shave, than last night's. I, really, enjoyed this shave, from start, to finish. The mug made better lather, than the bowl, used, for yesterday's shave. Tomorrow, I may try a Rapira Blade. Happy Wednesday, and, Happy Shaving!

I, really, must ask: what type, of aftershave, is that?

Blade: Rapira Swedish Supersteel
Soap: Arko Men Extra Fresh Shaving Cream
Shaving Tonic: Arko Men Ice Mint Aftershave Cologne
Post: Arko Men Aqua After Shave Cream
Styptic Pencil: Pinaud Clubman

Ouch! A bit, of a weeper, on my neck. It stung, but, the styptic pencil did its job. I, really, enjoyed this shave. Well, I think the Aftershave Cologne was a bit harsh. But, that is okay. I am, actually, eliminating unwanted products, from my evening rotation. Happy Evening, and, Happy Shaving!
