Spalted Myrtle and the TANG is covered too...

This is a terrific looking and handling razor. I'm finding/thinking that I like light razors with square tip.

SO I received this TODAY and just got finished with a GREAT shave
(i have to learn how to make the flash do what I want it to)

The design and pure art of this handle is ...WOW!!! My pics don't do it justice
SOTD
Denmason's Spalted Myrtled scaled Torrey. Seldom has a Torrey looked so good :)
Omega Synthetic (?) brush. WOW! what a VERY nice feelin and usin brush. I don't know anything about it..
Tryphon Rose Cream
Alum block
Nivea ASB - quite nice..I just started to use this regularly
GEORGETOWN Pottery Scuttle A delight to use. Can set it on the counter and one hand make lather without it moving.
Fill the inners with hot water..WARM LATHER throughout a three pass shave

Any info on the brush?

Nice looking razor.

That's a boar brush. Omega seems to know how to make a good boar brush.

Looks great Tom, just curious....what size is that blade 3/8"?

It looks tiny, the scales look very small in the first picture.

Hope it shaves you well :D Dennis is making some great looking scales lately.

Blade looks at least 9/16 if not 5/8 to me - and what a beauty! Fabulous scales, indeed!

Cheers

Hi Neale, This is a shade over 5/8
OAL is 9.5 inch
not grossly big and certainly not small..Pretty light too
1.1 ounce

I ENJOY having this razor in hand. It is a delight.
I just wish that Dennis signed his work..

There are, no doubt, fit, finish, design, wood integrity that is as good...I DO NOT think that any will be better
:)
