No, he used a GFT soap. I told him to stick to the DRH and Valobra, but he'll know better next time.oldfat1 wrote:Given the redness I'd say too much pressure? Wrong blade?

My two daughters are so fascinated by the lather on face and stropping thing, I think they might yet be straight razor leg shavers. So you may yet have a little shaver already!rustyblade wrote:Awww! A little shaver!
(When our daughter was born Chris told me next time maybe I would get a little shaver)
My daughter (4) likes to whisk up lather (her words) and shave me - she gets to use a brass Trac II handle with no cartridge. My son (7) watched me shave one time and showed no more interest.loueedacat1 wrote:My two daughters are so fascinated by the lather on face and stropping thing, I think they might yet be straight razor leg shavers. Oh - and congratulations! With two older sisters he shall no doubt be well instructed on fashion sense as well as well shaved.
Give us the luxuries, and we will forgo the necessities.
Give a man a fire, he'll be warm for a day.
Set a man on fire, he'll be toasty for the rest of his life.

You obviously haven't seen the outfit combinations my five year old comes up with.ichabod wrote:My daughter (4) likes to whisk up lather (her words) and shave me - she gets to use a brass Trac II handle with no cartridge.
