Help me identify a natural stone. Here is a picture of it:

I hope I got a translucent Arkansas..

I really can't tell by that picture. The only stone I could be reasonably certain of from pictures is a Belgian coticule. From the color and the swarf markings this stone looks like it might have a chance at being a coticule but I can't be sure. Higher definition close-up pictures would be needed to help make a reasonable guess.

Hi,
I got it from ebay from a seller in US. I will ask the seller to shoot a close up photo. It's a 1-1/2" x 4" stone.

Looks like a translucent arkansas. Traditionally Arkansas stones have been held to be no good for razors, but if you lap the stone with 2000 grit paper on a flat surface you will get a very pleasant surprise.
