Nice close shave this morning. The Omega came in the mail yesterday. The plan was to shorten it up a bit but it performed well as it is. No need to be in a hurry.

I haven't dug this razor out in a long time. Just stropped it and shaved, pretty decent shave. It seems to me there was a gimmick with this razor, maybe a sharpening technique or the razor itself but I don't remember. Have a good one.

R. Wade, 1812 to 1816. It shaved better than the other three this week. I feel lucky to own this old razor. It has jimps on the top and bottom of the neck. The scales are nothing fancy, horn or bone. I'm no expert there. To be honest, the edges on all four of these can use a bit more attention. This is the point of using straight razors, isn't it? A labor of love perhaps?
