Didn't Old Spice do something similar once? (Still?) I think it was a can of a fairly creamy foam directly attached to a brush. You'd twist or push down, and the cream would come up through the brush for application. I remember using it a few times maybe 15-20 years ago, but I don't remember the exact brand. Pretty sure it was Old Spice, though.
