Turkey just went in the oven, football on tv later. I remember the days living in Scotland and the questions about our bird holiday. Nothing better than gravy and stuffing. Enjoy all.

Here's my recipe...if you aren't a fan of canned cranberry sauce try this:
1 bag of fresh cranberries (10 ounces I think)
zest of 1 orange chopped
juice of same orange and perhaps a little more
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinammon stick.
Put it all in a sauce pot and cook until the berries pop and the sauce thickens some. You want to leave it a little chunky. Serve chilled or warm as your taste dictates.
Easy, quick and exceptionally good.
