I could, but don't.

These days I could shave every other day and go to work and it would hardly be noticed.

I do, but that's only when I work the night shift, I'll shave when I get home from work and sleep during the day.

ehhhhh, not really. . . almost. Sometimes I'll do a proper shave at night and then a quick one or two pass in the morning.

Long answer: Tried it and No...

Enjoy my shave (in the morning)... :D

Have a good one...

No way.

I'd be perfectly presentable to everybody -- except me! I'd spend the day stroking my cheeks and scowling.

Come to think of it, my wife would notice too. We're both spoiled now, I guess.

I could, but I don’t; I wouldn’t feel right. Except that is, when I get a new soap, brush or razor and I can’t wait ‘til morning to try it.

I prefer to shave at night...and have no problem making it through the next day without getting too scruffy. Problem is, by the next night my face is not quite ready to shave again so I end up having to shave the next morning.

Throws off my routine. :(

I can, but only because I have a shadow immediately after shaving anyway. 24 hours later, yeah, I definitely have stubble but it tends to be that sandpaper/velcro stage, so except for the lost shine to my skin, it still looks the same. Once it gets into day two, it's blatantly obvious. This is a pic two days after an evening shave.

While an evening shave will give me a presentable appearance for the next day, a morning shave is preferable.

I really like shaving in the evening because I can spend as long as I want doing it, and it's nice and relaxing. It also feels good getting into bed having a nice smooth face and being able to smell the scents from the cream I used.

The problem is that in the morning, I probably look OK, but for me personally it isn't good enough. I find that I can't then shave without a lot of irritation because I don't have enough re-growth.

I shave in the evenings, for the Wife & Daughters benefit mostly. 2 pass shave w/Merkur Slant 1wtg/1atg. very little stubble next night.

I've found I can do it if I go for a several-pass, absolute BBS shave, but a regular 2-3 pass shave will yield a shadow too quickly.

I tried this one and as you can see it didn't work out too well for me. I'm the one on the left.

Same for me. I could almost make it thru the next day.
