Post by devodave »

Hello Guys,

this is with attention that I read some of your post. Thanks for sharing...

Well, this is not many not the right foorum to post my query but Let's give it a chance.

I am looking for a german factory that provides cartbridge blades. I have found some like Merkur, Croma, Souplex and Timor but do not know which one would sell cartbridge ones.

Obviously two different seller with the same supplier in Germany... Anyone would know?
Thanks in advance for your help !

Hello devodave. I edited your post slightly by removing the photos just to make things a bit clearer.

If you will tell us the country where you live and what brand razor you use we may be able to help you locate the cartridge blades you are inquiring about.

Hello Squire,

No problem. Well I am in France, and I am using Standard Gillette Mach3.
When I mentioned a German factory, this was a strong guess.
I remain open to any suggestions...

Thanks again !

Hello Devodave. What brand of cartridges have you been using, and what brand are you hoping to find?

Now we've established that the razor you posted is called "Le Terminator". I take it that you are looking for the name and location of the maker of the 5 blade cartridge refills. I've Googled it, of course, and the only result was to confirm the brand name of the razor.

Well, I've googled it too, but did not find anything.
This one is having also the same supplier...

Please look at the razor on the left.

Hello,

You would excuse my bad English, probably I was not clear.
You are right morning glory is the seller, but my question is: which factory would supply them?

From my last 2 posts, you would see that those 2 sellers "morning glory" and the other one "big moustache" are having the same source...

Thanks in advance

Made in USA. By whom, I would guess Personna, but with that, I know little else.

I believe Gary is right.
On my trips to Germany I have seen similar cartridges in local stores and some had "Made in USA" on the packaging.

Thanks,

I had a look today on personna razors, not sure this is it.
However I saw another vendor having the same supplier, maybe american! ;)

What do you think of Dorco, the structure of the cartridge blades seems very similar?!

To the best of my knowledge, Dorco is a Korean product. Of course I may be wrong.

Yes, Dorco is Korean but that's not necessarily a negative, they do produce some very good blades. Dorco also makes a wide range of private label blades for the mass market.
