I got a question about the raffle and realized I hadn't put anything out about it... Hope this answers any questions.


This is a two tiered raffle. You will be given two different colored tickets. One ticket is for the higher value items or sets of equipment. The other is for the soaps and other "software". This will ensure everyone gets at least one item and allows people to try for some of the higher dollar items and still be ensured at winning


The raffle itself will be held at 1 pm. This should allow enough time for anyone who is showing up to be present.

The meet up was a huge success with about 45 people in attendance. Had quite a bit of trading going on a a lot of good networking with fellow enthusiasts. I saw a greater proportion this year of safety razor users, but a great mix of people overall.

I have a few pics that a fellow attendee was kind enough to give me a copy of. I do have more coming, but will be a day or two before they are available to me.

I would love to, but to be honest I can only match up about 1/3 of the folks there with a name or forum moniker. I can remember a face for years, but matching up a name to it takes me a bit longer. The name tags really helped at the event itself. I'm supposed to be getting some more pictures soon. If I get a good group shot or two, I'll see what I can put together.

Matt, congratulations on the successful event. I know it took a lot of planning and work on your part, and it shows.
