Sorry about that.

Olive Wood, lacquered and hand polished
With Genuine Silver Tip Badger Hair
It looks like it might even apss muster under the "real silvertip" test. Gordon, what do you think, is the black band long enough and the space at the bottom short enough?

Hi Johnnie,

My order was placed via PM to you.

Does anyone know if the brush plus the stand would exceed the 1.5kg shipping limit?

The brush and the stand weigh less than 1.5kg together. 1.5kg is 3.3 pounds. You can add other stuff to the order also. Just imagine 3.3 pounds in your hands. This is a good time to take advantage of other shaving accessories.

okay, order's in. just one additional question: since these are being put together right now, will we need to wait a while longer for the glue to cure before we use them? I seem to recall something about glue needing time to harder, but I'm a bit foggy on it.

James,

As soon as you receive the brush feel free to use it. No need to wait. As soon as I got my first SMF brush I was willing to shave anything that had hair. My poor dog.

An update from Bernd:

You also may tell the SMF people that I will not charge anything till
they have got the SMF II brush.

Some have ordered with shipping mode Express. I will change this to
standard because I will ship all together and not immediate now.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best Regards. Bernd

Not charge until you receive it?! WOW, that is service!
