They had the lavender only in the smaller tube, so I would have missed it entirely if Kathy had not so generously given it to me. I used it this morning, sans brush (as I was traveling without one), but even with that primitive application it was excellent. It's the best smelling lavender product I've tried so far (with no offense to Charles on his QED lavender soap, which I also like quite a lot). In the Coates tub they had lime, sandalwood, tea tree and rose. In the tube they had lavender, lime and almond that I recall; I may be forgetting one or two.
You're right about that huge brush investment -- a very bold move, IMO. But if you're shipping from France (which I'm assuming is the case?), you have to make the shipping charges worthwhile. It makes me wonder what the wholesale price is.
