Williams shaving oil

I went to my local store today to find shave or pre-shave oil.
But nothing of these except Williams Shaving Oil.

But this last one seems to fully replace shaving foam not only to apply before. Anyone heard about this oil or, better, had an experience with it ?

I've used Shave Secret shave oil and American Crew shave oil. I liked them when I used them with shaving cream, but just by themselves was not good to me. I did two with-the-grain passes without the shave oil, then for the final against-the-grain pass I applied shave oil first then applied my lather on top of it. This resulted in a very smooth and comfortable final pass.
