Arko soap shave stick

Connaught used to supply Arko shaving soap in the stick form, cheap, but does not advertise it anymore.

Does anyone know of another UK supplier.

You may want to contact ebay (US) seller mymikado -- he is located in Turkey so he may competitve on price.
