Füme Lavender shaving soap - new Turkish delight!

Post by crackstar »

I did a "cultural exchange" with a fine gentleman from Turkey recently and this is a lovely soap which until 2 weeks ago I never even heard of. In Turkish, füme means eclipse. Here is what I found about this stuff:

Ease of lathering : 10/10--Very easy to lather and get going.

Longevity of lather: 10/10--Great. No problem for a multi-pass shave.

General skincare: 9/10--Very comfortable and soothing. Calms the nervous system also!

Scent: 10/10--Great lavender scent, Mild and discrete.

Price: N/A--I don't know about the price.

Would I buy again: 10/10--Any time. This is a delightful soap.

In the last couple of months I noticed quite a few very good soaps besides Arko, which are produced in Turkey. I wouldn't be surprised if the Füme soaps are also used in barbershops over there. They are excellent!
