I have loved the scents of many many soaps and creams I've used, but I think the most distinctive and surprising (each time I use it) is the I Coloniali mango soap. The clay bowl is nice, but the smell is incredible!



Wonderful lather too.

My favorite, were I to choose just the one, is currently Floris Edwardian Bouquet (pre-reformulation).

Castle Forbes Cedarwood Sandalwood shaving cream would be my personal choice

T&H Almond is my current favorite.

T&H Rose, although the old Trumper's Violet was exquisite.

For me, citrus EO scents are intoxicating, and you only find these in artisan soaps. The downside of citrus EO is that it is very volatile and short-lived once the product is unsealed.

Fragrances, unfortunately, burn my olfactory.

I dont use it, but original xxx razorrock gets my vote

Not easy, at all, but I'd narrow it down to six:

- Wickham's Club Cola
- Musgo Real
- Barrister & Mann Fougère Aromatique
- Barrister & Mann Black Label Beaudelaire
- Jabonman Sandaldo
- Pen's English Fern (tallow)

Coates Rose cream for me. I also liked QED Rose/Geranium.

Castle Forbes Lime - in your face, kick up the backside, body slamming right hook of a scent, I love it, unfortunately it dried my skin something terrible. Now I've overcome that issue I may have to get some more, there's nothing else like it.

It's a moreso lime, that's for sure.

Charles Tyrwhitt Lemon and Cedar cream...should have bought a dozen tubs and still would if they were available

There are other contenders, but most don't come close. Creighton-made, utterly unforgettable scent.

Hard to pin down a favorite but here are some I love:
Pen's English fern soap
Stirling barbershop & Ben Franklin soaps
Harris' almond & lavender soaps
MWF

Neither one is made any more!

2. D.R. Harris Almond shaving cream, old formulation

Of the current creams on the market, maybe I'd have to say The Body Shop, Maca Root shave cream.
