With the weather getting colder I'm starting to lean toward balms instead of splashes for aftershaves.
I have never used the Penhaligon's English Fern balm but I have a sample of the splash. I like the splash so before I dish out the dough for the balm, is the balm scent almost the same as the splash? If not, is it noticeably different?

I spoke too soon as I don't think EF has a balm. Did they ever have a balm for EF?
