After today's rinse and witch hazel splash, I tried something new. I put on Ed. Pinaud's Citrus Musk E-d-C.
Hm. It burned about as much as their notorious bay rum. The similarity ended there. The first whiff smelled not a little bit of wet dog. I remember a cousin's Olde English Sheepe Dogge after she got soaked in a storm. Sort of like that.
Oh no, says I. But within a few minutes it toned down a bit and has left me with a pleasant scent hours later.
Thank goodness. I was not looking forward to buyer's remorse as I sought this stuff specially. It does not appear on store shelves in metro NJ/NY. I'm a happy fellow. Again. So far. Tomorrow: E.P.'s Special Reserve ...
