What is their policy on say, returning a fragrance like MFK, no cellophane and one can see that it was barely even sprayed. Will they exchange it for say same perfumer, different scent? Or store credit? No receipt either.
Also, for US travel, can one bring the bottle in the box as carry on?

Re: Returning cologne to Neimans
Found the answer, they are great. Returned a Acqua di Parma Oud and got a Kurkdjian Lumiere Noir pour Homme, a backup bottle in May. Was there over Thanksgiving weekend and they are allowing me to return that bottle for a swap of Kurkdjian Plueriel, a modern fougere as they say

I would have expected nothing less.

Sam, you can only take a liquid on a plane in your carry-on if the container doesn't exceed 3 ounces/100mls and it fits in the clear, re-sealable plastic bag, which can't exceed 1 litre, in which you have the rest of your carry-on liquids, gels and creams. Check the airline website.
