Anyone Using Chaps?

Years ago I gave a bottle of Chaps to a relative and I thought it was a very good scent. As I recall everyone in the room would know you were wearing it. I saw a thread on B&B about 80's scents and that got me thinking about it. I have a bid over in ebay but wonder if it is worth fighting for. Any opinions?

Sure, why not, I used and liked it. I'm rather fond of those 80s colognes. I would bid but only buy if it's a bargain.

Pete I found a bottle of Chaps at my dads house a couple of years ago. He wasn't sure who left it there, but I confiscated it and I've used it sparingly, but you are correct sir, they can smell you coming a mile away. Very potent.

Can't say I've ever tried the Chaps. Yes they were strong weren't they!

I snagged a bottle on ebay. I got a 1.7 oz. leather covered used bottle that was almost full. On ebay, I am suspicious of bargain bottles that are new. Too many fabulous fakes. I figured this one looked authentic. Cost about 26 bucks with shipping. Should be here in a week and I will report back.

Applied one drop to a finger and smeared it on my neck and wrists. Boy, that stuff is HEAVY!!! I tried to wash my wrists but still there. Today I am going to apply full strength after I shave. If I survive I'll post my wife and my reaction.
