I did a double take when I came across it, but genuine Penhaligon's can be found at walmart.com (online only as far as I can tell.) There are samplers, 1.7 oz bottles, 3.4oz bottles and other products at pretty reasonable prices. Just go to the site and search Penhaligon.

Nice find. I only have knowledge about the shaving soap and so cannot comment on the prices in general, but on the shave soap, its no more expensive than any of your favourite shaving retailers. I love walmart, I love their products, the stock shipping speed, accessibility etc etc, but shaving goods I'm supporting my 'local' shops
