Chris ...
The word ... hmmmm ... certainly not going to make February 1st. Surprise, surprise! This is what it's like dealing with small firms outside the U.S. I provide dates as given to me by Rooney ... but I guess I should have made it clear, with these small companies, "it happens when it happens". For certain, Rooney is moving forward ... but frustratingly slow. This is simply the way it is with firms who hand-craft products.
Maybe some time in March .... maybe!
I will get the word out when I have information I consider SOLID.
Sorry, Chris, for the nebulous information.
Regards,
Charles

Jackie,
Charles is perhaps the only person who can answer your questions regarding rooney. As a side note rooney is the oldest brush firm in england. Simpson is the youngest one of the bunch.

Hi, Charles. I, along with previous forum repliers, would be very interested in the pricing of the Rooney brushes. Would you have an idea of their price range, especially their silertip model(s)? If you have handled a Rooney in the past, how would you rate it/them to, say, Vulfix, Kent, or any of the other popular quality brushes?
Luigi shaves with a DE, but would shave more with his Str8s if he had the time.
Steve ...
Just got off the phone with Rooney ... the managing director is off in France at the moment. I was told by the MD's right hand man that the MD is very busy at the moment. Unfortunately, that type of excuse does not fly with me because, quite frankly, I have yet to come across the person who works harder than me ... this is not bragging on my part, but just to demonstrate I do not accept "very busy" as an excuse, especially during this era of high speed communication. The way I left it with the right hand man is this ... WHEN does Rooney intend to launch in the U.S.?

Steve:
Relatively LONG meaningless conversation with the Managing Director's partner last week (the MD was supposedly in France at the time). I though I would hear from the MD upon his return, on the 7th, but nothing. So at this point I have no idea what Rooney is thinking.
Vulfix creams are schedule to depart England this week. Normally takes about 10 days to get here.

Charles
