Semogue Owners Club 2 Band
Semogue Owners Club 2 Band
Just went to Vintage Scent and purchased the Semogue Owners Club 2 Band. According to the web site it's got the "Finest " grade hair the comes from North China. According to the info given it's suppose to be hard to get, have a great backbone with very soft tips. Should be here by early next week! Will let you know what I think of it then. Does anyone have this brush?
Best regards,
Harry

I ordered one last week and it's incoming. Be warned that because of Customs clearance, if you're located in the US, shipping can take considerably longer than a week. It's really quite unpredictable.hatmpita wrote:Just went to Vintage Scent and purchased the Semogue Owners Club 2 Band. I received mine over the weekend and have to tell you its a lovely brush - the cherry wood handle is beautiful and is further offset by the 2-band knot. It's seems to a good performer as well based on the two uses I've had with it so far... Quite pleased with this although it seems every shipment I get from Vintage Scent is crushed beyond belief - the plastic tube had its top ripped off and it's lucky the thing arrived at all. It had been put into a special zip bag by Canada Post with an apology and indicating it had entered the mail system in this state.

Well now I'm worried! I hope my brush arrives unscathed. It shipped yesterday so I'm hoping to see it in a week or two!Blue As A Jewel wrote:I received mine over the weekend and have to tell you its a lovely brush - the cherry wood handle is beautiful and is further offset by the 2-band knot. Harry, I've had a number of orders from Vintage Scent and they have all arrived fine. Maybe it's a Canada Post issue.
Best,
Chris

That is nice to hear it is a good brush. How long passed between when you ordered it and when it finally arrived?Blue As A Jewel wrote:I received mine over the weekend and have to tell you its a lovely brush - the cherry wood handle is beautiful and is further offset by the 2-band knot. My last order came in a torn un padded envelope with a piece of cardboard, I was amazed the brush was intact as well. So no, its not just Canada.Thalay Sagar wrote:Harry, I've had a number of orders from Vintage Scent and they have all arrived fine. Maybe it's a Canada Post issue.
