Elite7 Family

Post by SharpSpine »

A few quick family pictures of my stable of Elite7 brushes. While all handles share a shape profile, they are all of different materials. All knots are from Wet Shaving Products including HMW, Finest, 2-band Super HMW, & 3-band Super HMW. Once again the artisan at Elite Razor, Mr. Bob Quinn, is the talent behind these brushes. I just have the joy of using them. Thanks for looking!

Very nice. I've enjoyed WSP knots.

I just got my first E7 from Bob yesterday and used it this morning. He does a great job.

I got a 24mmx50mm Silvertip in Amboyna Burl.

The performance is as good as the appearance.

SS-Your collection is amazing!!

I'll have to try a WSP knot sometime soon... Celestino has repeatedly recommended them to me, I guess I just haven't found the right handle for it yet.

Interesting, David. I've found the right handle, just can't find an aftermarket knot I care for.
I had Bob's E7 with WSP SuperFine knot, and it was an excellent brush for someone who wanted a scrubby, dense but soft-tipped (gel-tipped) face-latherer. I only qualified on one of those grounds.

My knot is a TGN Silvertip Grade. I used it for the 3rd time today, this time with a cream. It is the best brush I have used for face lathering creams.
