Horse hair brush; should I or shouldn't I?

I think I'd prefer the mane. I'm sure the tail hair is probably OK, but I've decided tail hair isn't ever going to be my "cup of tea".

Keep the loft between 48-50mm if u face lather. otherwise it will become floppy !
