Is there a brush that does not shed?

Sherlock whips out his magnifying glass and after examining a bristle exclaims 'look Watson, here's the problem'.

Thanks for the suggestion - almost all the bristles are the same length. What surprises me is I can take the brush when it is dry, no lather or shaving involved, and run my fingers through the brush lightly and you'd be surprised how many bristles come loose.

If they release when dry like that they're either breaking or coming unstuck.
