New brush envy - BOSS or tuxedo knots

Just saw pics of vferdman's new brushes using a tuxedo knot and then the BOSS knot. I have been happy for a couple of years with my Edwin Jagger Silvertip. After messing around and selling off all my badgers, I like how it feels and dries out oh so quickly. But these brushes looked great.

So anyone compare these knots to the Silvertip in my EJ? It's about 2, 3 years old. And anyone else know who does a great job with these knots as well as our guy here?

Sam, I see now that you decided on the Tuxedo. How's it working for you? That is a really handsome brush.

About the same perfomance as my Edwin Jagger Synthetic. Blindfolded, don't know I could pic out the difference. Small knot on the face, I have used the EJ maybe three times since I got this one

That's helpful Sam. Both the EJ and the Muhle are some of the best brushes around. Your results put the three of them (including your tuxedo) at or near the top in my opinion.

I have a regular Tuxedo and also the fan shaped Tuxedo knot as well. It is the best synthetic knot money can buy now, bar none. I favor the fan shape as I face lather.
