Slant dream comes TRUE!!!

Hello, All.

You may recall my quest to find a decent handle for my beloved Slant. Because the Slant is a 2-piece construction, it was not an option merely to unscrew the head and place it on a more aesthetically pleasing handle.

I received a modified Slant from a forum member, which had been "converted" so that the head could unscrew from the base.

Next, I received an Edwin Jagger Chatsworth DE razor from another forum member. This has the screw-off Merkur HD head.

AND TODAY...finally, finally...I placed a Slant head on the fantastic Chatsworth handle!!

Thanks to my fellow SMF forum members who helped make this man's dream a reality. I'll post pics when my digital camera is up and running.
