Bob, Well, it was many years ago, but I remember that razor as being okay, but the quality of the materials etc. used had definately diminished a bit compared to the '60s model adjustable that I was used to. The shave was also a bit more aggressive than what I prefer, but then again, the same is true of the early '50s Aristocrats I've subsequently tried, so we're on the same page there. I do certainly see how those heads would be viable to use with customized handles.

Bob, Well it's been many years since I used one, but I do remember that the general quality of materials was not up to the level of the '60s Gillette I was used to, although it wasn't 'bad'. And I remember it being more aggressive than I like, but then again, so are most of the '50s Aristocrats I've subsiquently tried, so we're on the same page there. I can see how these heads would be attractive to use with customized handles.
