Look what I found on eBay:

I'm not sure when they were manufactured. Assuming the price of DE blades tracks the Consumer Price Index, these would have been 10 cents each in about the early 70s or so, but that's a very rough guess.

The distributor is "The Smith-Wolff Blade Company" in Mt. Vernon, NY. I wasn't able to find anything about this firm.
