CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT KIND OF RAZOR THIS IS?

No need to yell Rick.

Do you have another picture showing the head a little better?
Cheers,

Looks like a Merkur clone, back in the day there were numerous companies in the Solingen (cutlery) region of Germany making safety razors.
Only Merkur remains and they were purchased by Dovo several years ago.

Show pictures of the pieces, too, if you're still not sure what it is. I can't tell if you have 3-piece or 2-piece razors there.
