Didn't dare to ask!

I saw this in the window of a small general store in Madrid. From its appearance, I am guessing that its intended purpose if "de-pilling" fleece and wool garments. However the combined translations probably from Chinese and then Spanish (maybe some Brazilian?) led to a very ominous and confusing name. The idea of "savoring every moment" only makes it worse. At least med preps cut the hair not yank it out roots and all.

You mean you don't use one?

I daresay B&B will have a special edition out any time now, for members who have achieved operating thetan status.

More likely these are included in the gift bags presented to newly minted OTs at the initiation banquet.
