I saw this in the window of a small general store in Madrid. From its appearance, I am guessing that its intended purpose if "de-pilling" fleece and wool garments. However the combined translations probably from Chinese and then Spanish (maybe some Brazilian?) led to a very ominous and confusing name. The idea of "savoring every moment" only makes it worse. At least med preps cut the hair not yank it out roots and all.
