Gallery Quota

Yes, it happened. I wondered if there was a disk limit in the Gallery and I found it. A 100megs apparently.

Is there any way of getting more space or will I have to start deleting some pictures (which would be a shame....)?

if you lower the qaulity of your photos to my level id assume you'd tons of room left

I wonder if we could have a section titled refrence where pics from say the collectors thread and other stuff would be stored. That way they would always be there and wouldn't count against an individuals account.

Of course Rusty you coule just fire up some of your aliases and use those accounts!

Or just delete the SMF III brush thread as we will all have ours shortly anyway!

My photos are quite large, most are around 400k, I don't really fancy lowering the quality though for obvious reasons. Even if I delete some of my old stuff I'll still eventually hit the ceiling again, and again.

Just reallocate some of MTSSB's space to me...

Your comments about the RED X were what made me switch to SMF instead of photobucket. Even though I have to resize everything to 800X600

I like keeping all my pictures here it is convenient and I like that it adds to SMF's archive.

I also like the fact that when someone does a search for past posts the photos will still show.

Presuming I don't have to delete any...

I'm sure space isn't unlimited;
I've used flickr before and they post to here fine.
Otherwise, smaller pics would be my thought.

You got it! I just up'ed everyone's limit to 200 MB each. If you need more space just let me know.

Oops...ok...gallery permissions are temporarily broken. I "improved" some things last nite now no one can upload. I'll have it back to normal within the next 2 hours or so. (currently 9am PT on 1/9, shooting for about 11am PT or so).

Ya..it works for admins but I had to tweak a setting for members. I just fixed it now. Please give it a try and let me know!
