The SMF server did an automatic update just 7 hours prior to the problems. We should be in much better shape than SRP.

It's still not working for me. I cannot post new topics. Posting replies is hit or miss.

Vince has backups set to automatically be done. He reckons we shouldn't lose more than 24 hours of posts if the worst ever happens.
Things do seem to be behaving more normally now. I was getting a little paranoid about shaving forums being taken out, one by one.

Aha. I've had problems posting, and unfortunately have produced some duplicate posts. I didn't mean it...

Yes and posts appear after delays...
Post counts are not increasing at all...
Thread views and times are all wrong...
Seems major...
And yes I thought it was just me until I realised many people were having the same problems.
Thank goodness it isn't just me, I thought I may have angered someone. I am having very similar problems and have noticed the declined number on posts as well I thought for a moment there may have been an SMF pow wow I was not invited to.
I was going to contact an administrator when I came up on this post.

Same here -- I'm all set to make the post of my life, and all I get is the "DEBUG" line. Sigh.

I have been getting the debug line when I post last couple of days but I ignore it and go back to the thread and the post is there.
