PMs Not Sending?

Post by BlankTim »

I've noticed the just seem to hang around in my Outbox.

Have they not been sent?
I didn't see anything else I needed to click or anything to actually get the to go.

I usually read the pm in my Outlook program. Perhaps members are doing the same and not logging into their inbox.

Whoa, mind-warp. Can you get your PMs on a POP account or something? Seems ... extreme ... to me.

Yep. The body of the message appears in your box.

The message stays in your Outbox (and the recipeint's Inbox) until the recipient opens his Inbox, at which point it moves from your Inbox to your Sentbox. Clear as mud! The recipient does not have to open the message itself, just opening his Inbox will show it as being received. Now we did add the text of the message in the notification e-mail, and some people are seeing it there and not opening their Inbox, if it does not require a reply. That way it stays in your Outbox.
