Are there any problems with new users registering?

Post by Hoos »

One of the members at B&B posted a thread asking if SMF's registration system was working OK. He'd tried to register, but has had no success.

Would someone either be able to pop over there and let him know? Or let me know, and I can PM him on B&B. Thanks. Thread:

The only problems I have heard of are when someone misspells their e-mail address, so that the activation e-mail never gets to them, or if a spam filter junks the activation mail. If any prospective member has such a problem they are welcome to e-mail me and I will manually activate their account.

Peter,

I was born in Chiseldon and lived there till I was 18. In those days it was all fields between Okus Road and Wootten Bassett. Drink a pint of Wadworth's for me the next chance you get!

Small world! I was born in Old Town, I know Chiseldon especially the Patriots!

I started DE shaving a couple of months ago after years of shaving misery. The face feels much better already.

I'm just off out to my local and 6X is on tap.

cheers

I went to school with the son of the landlord of the Pats, his name was Gregory Clarke if I recall rightly.

It would be Old Timer for me if I could get into Wadworth's house right now.
