Site down for a few days
Looks like everything is back on track now but I haven't been able to login here at the site since the 23rd.
Anybody know what happened?

I trolled 2 other forums for succor, but the other forums don't work for me.
This forum is the one I feel comfortable with, and the people here are the people that I want to interact with, and spend some time with.
I realize that there are a lot of gentlemen here that frequent other forums, but the atmoshphere there is just is not for me, and I'll leave it at that

...and the whole time I thought about poor Gordon in Florida probably shivering in the corner in the fetal position babbling words like "Coates", "Royal Warrants", "Richard was right about that Valobra stick", and ( chuckle )'ing uncontrollably.
I hope he makes it back here in one piece. Maybe his wife can give him a prod and make him a strong tea to snap him out of it.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm really glad you all enjoy the forum. I just kinda maintain the site from a technical standpoint but it's really our team of mods and admins that take this forum to the next level.
All I can say is that this forum will be around for as long as there are visitors and it will always be free.
Happy holidays,
Vince

Vince--
I'm glad to see you were able to recover the databases. THanks for our efforts in the background to keep the place up & running.
