What do the two "List" (<List>, <List=>) buttons do and how do you use them?

When you are posting, select the BBCode link to the lower left corner of the text entry box. It opens a new window or tab and provides all the help you need to use the various codes in your text for formatting purposes.

Or you can turn HTML on and code HTML directly.
