Please Review "Take 2" Of My Wetshaving Video?

Post by mantic »

Greetings--

Based on comments from this discussion, I have re-done my "Introduction to Wetshaving" video. "Take 2" is HERE. I would appreciate comments before I continue with the other videos. Thanks!

Mark,

Very much enjoyed watching your video. This is going to be extremely helpful for new shavers.

Great work.

Best wishes,
Alec

Mark, I thought that Part 1 was even better then before. In Part 2 I still have concerns regarding how the gent nonchalantly shaves straight N/S on the second pass. Even after all the years I've been at this, if I tried that with a M3 like he's using, my skin would be a mess. I realize that this isn't true of everyone, but it's not uncommon either. If it were me, I'd reverse the order of the second and third passes in the film. Well, you asked.
Regards,
Gordon

Gordon-- I haven't done part 2 yet...you're still looking at the "old" part 2 (I guess I better remove the old ones so there's no confusion) 8) .

Excellent. It reminds me of those public service ads they used to show between movies in the 1940s. Not that I was there...
Anyway, a fine job.
