Saturday,

Simpson T3
Coates Rose
Merkur Slant w/ Feather
TGR A/S Balm
Penhaligon Hammam Bouquet

This shave won't actually happen until later this afternoon. The wife and I are going to a black tie event this evening, thus the Hammam which I wouldn't normally wear. IMO that fragrance if for formal occasions only.

Saturday:

Vulfix 2233
Mitchell's Wool Fat shaving soap
'58 Super Speed
Derby blade (#4)
Thayer's Original witch hazel
St. Charles Shave Aged Leather ASM
Old Spice cologne

I love the smell of Old Spice, but it's best in moderation.

So Rene (SSLSTudio) asked me if I had completely abandoned my DE. I just exhumed my Slim Adjustable that I had never tried and loaded it with a Euro-Gillette. I have to say I had a very good shave. It just wasn’t as fun as my AC.

For the picture of the day, I chose to be subversive and used my lighter to write SMF on my B&B brush:

Saturday:

Gillette HD Rocket & Swedish Gillette blade
Simpson Polo #8 Best
T&H Lavender shave cream
D R Harris's Pink A/S
Trumpers Fougena

Fine shave, but, I have to admit, I continue to like the Coate's Lavender even more, even if it isn't by that much.

The mysterious shave cream only known as "B."

The T4 shed two bristles, which is becoming about normal for this brush. In total, I would say it has lost around 30 or so, so far. I have only used it about 10 times. I can't even sell this paperweight with a clear conscience.
