Rooney Super 3/1
1949 Superspeed
Derby
ARKO Commando
California North Aftershave Care
Varvatos Vintage

First shave with a Derby in a long time. Pretty good shave. I like the smell of the Commando, but not as much as the ARKO Normal.

Simpson Polo 8 Best
Musgo Real Shave Cream
1955 Gillettte Super Speed w/ Feather blade
Booster June Clover AS

Booster Mosswood AS goes much better with the Musgo than the June Clover.

Monday

Gillette SS
Treet yellow wrapper
Col Conk Badger
Tryphon Permafrost stick
Aqua Velva AS(original)

The Col Conk Badger is very rough compared to an Omega Silvertip. Even a boars hair is better. But overall the shave was very good.

Monday:

Salter's French Vetiver cream
Merkur HD
UK Gillette (day one)
Simpsons Chubby 1/Best

I've been getting some itchy irritation several minutes after my shaves lately, so I eliminated the witch hazel this morning. Just applied a little Guerlain Vetiver EDT on my wet, rinsed face. No itch! Coincidence?

5/8" Revisor
BK4
Valobra Stick
Booster Mosswood

The BK4 and Valobra is a great combo. Actually, the BK4 will work well with just about anything. I could go on about how good this shave was, but it would be unfair.

Churchill, I think my T2 is identical to yours, it has those rings on the bottom, and the sticker was resistant to come off, but when it did all the lamp black got really smeared :( :(. Was yours a recent purchase?

Ethan,
Yes,I bought the T2 about 2 weeks ago from Em.
It's a great brush,a perfect bridge between my Simpson best brushes and my Rooney Heritage.
I'm really enjoying it and am glad that damn gaudy sticker is off it.

Monday Night:

Musgo Real Glyce pre-wash

Schick Injector razor (Type M-Adjustable, set at 3)
Schick Injector blade (German made)

Simpson Commodore 3 Best Badger brush
Valobra hard shaving soap (shave stick grated up and compressed into a covered glass dish)

Thayer's Lemon Witch Hazel (Astringent)

This is my first try with the German Schick blade. It wasn't quite as smooth as the US-made Schick, but I did get a very good shave with it.
