Well, the 11 day (33 passes) Light Brigade appears to pull less than this Economie blade. I shall persevere for a couple of days though, because that's how I am.

Well, I haven't posted a SOTD in some time, but thought that I would today because of the great experience I've had with these old blades. I found them, along with a pack of Wilkinson Bond cartridges, in the attic of my parents' house when doing some cleaning a few weeks ago. I was a bit leery of using them, due to their age, but figured I'd give them a go.
Well, I can't imagine that they performed any better a day after purchase than they did this week. These truly were superior blades, and I'll be sorry when my tiny supply is gone.
Oh, and the rest of the shave was quite nice, as well.

Dominic, See?....you're REALLY spoiled now ( chuckle ). An eleven shave old LB is still better than a brand new blade that some people think is pretty good, This is what I went through when the really good DE blades started to disappear in the US during the '90s.
