Good day Sunday

Muhle R89 with Derby
Rooney 3/1 super
Tabac shave soap
Speick aftershave; J&J moisture lotion
Knize Ten edt

Sweet shave. Tabac has taken a back seat as of late, but me thinks that will change...

Valentine's Day:

Hot Shower/Hot Towel/Proraso Glycerin Cleansing Bar
1955 Gillette Flare Tip Super Speed
Swedish Gillette (Shave #3)
Omega Stripey Badger 63171
WARS SC
Pinaud Clubman A/S
Vaseline IRML Lotion

I'm going have to go back to square one again. Something just hasn't been going right with my shaves lately, hence the limited postings. Been getting irritation on my neck and chin areas. It's been quite annoying. Today was my first time using the WARS shaving cream from Poland. It's not bad. Very similar to the ARKO shaving cream in terms of lather consistency and scent. I tried a different order in my shave prep and applied the hot towel before the application of the Proraso Glycerin Cleansing bar. Didn't really notice much of a difference. How depressing. Much love to my future wife on this Valentine's Day. Sorry my shave didn't come out better :-(

Shower: Pré de Provence Sage Bath Soap
Razor: Futur
Blade: Astra Superior Platinum
Brush: Simpson Colonel X2L
Soap: Pré de Provence
A/S: Dickinson’s Witch Hazel, Pré de Provence balm

The PdP sage bath soap, shave soap, and AS balm have the same or very similar scents--I really like that sage aroma. The Colonel whipped up abundant lather, and the shave was excellent. PdP shave soap always leaves my face feeling comfortable and moisturized. I probably didn’t need an AS, but the witch hazel/PdP balm was a very pleasant finish.

Weird day. My face was really dry before the shave and I had some issues lathering the Trumper soap. A good shave, regardless

Sunday Night:

GEM G-Bar SE razor
Treet Super Single Edge blade (carbon steel)

Semogue 1305 brush (boar)
Cella Crema Sapone da Barba

Thayer's Peach Witch Hazel (10% alcohol, no -parabens, no burn)

Cella works better for me with boar. While it tends to aerate rather quickly with badger, boar produces a tighter, denser lather from this soap. (With AoS/Valobra, I prefer badger.)
