Sorry to hear about your loss. I had been following about two years ago his progress and didn't know he had taken a turn for the worse.

Oh, God, no -- and after all his (and hi family's) fight and sacrifice and pain, too. *sigh* I'll remember him in my prayers, and he & his family will always remind me of what we can do when we are fighting for our family.

Rest easy, Jay: your fight is done. May God bring peace to his family & friends in time.

I've been away from this forum a few years now. I couldn't help but wonder what he thought of LSU beating my beloved Crimson Tide. That in turn made me think about the forum and pull it back up. Very sad to receive this news upon my return. His positive attitude was infectious, and he seemed like a genuinely good guy.
