Saying Hello from Southern California

Post by GreekGuy »

Hello gentlemen,

I'm new to SMF and just wanted to say hello. I grew up in the midwest but am now living in La Jolla, CA. Ive been wetshaving for a few years and been loving every minute of it. While I have been a member of a couple other forums for some time, I just joined SMF. I really like the atmosphere here and I look forward to getting to know the people here better. I'm a mostly straight razor shaver, as thats what I learned on, but I do use DEs from time to time when I'm in a rush.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello. Looking forward to spending much more time here.

Thank you gentlemen. And Nathan, La Jolla isn't too bad at all, although San Jose is no place to complain about either

Welcome. I have fond memories of San Diego ... I was married (and still am) there almost 53 years ago. It is a lovely city, big enough to be a city but still small enough to have a sense of community. Of course, La Jolla was only a small suburb then but has changed considerably over the years ... I think for the better.

I knew a dentist from San Diego who got divorced and moved to Key West because it was the most far he could get away from the ex.
