About 6x9. Like 6.5 x 9 or 9.5 x 6. Can cut easily into 2 or 3 strips.

Yes, I'll ship to Europe. It's an envelope, so shipping won't be that much more. Maybe like a buck or two because of the cardboard I put in there to attempt to keep it in good shape.
