Homemade frankincense & myrrh preshave oil
Georgetown G4 scuttle
Rooney 3/2 Faux Horn Finest (24/54)
D.R. Harris Windsor shaving cream
Feather AS-D1
Schick Plus Platinum (2)
Aramis Tuscany splash aftershave
An outstanding shave. This particular Finest may be for me the best of the bunch, a perfect brush.

Monday night:
Body Shop Shave Cream, <2009 formula, laced w. KMF fragrance free, bowl lathered
Bestshave Nr. 7 brush
Super Adjustable, O-2, set at 3
Wilkinson Super Sword Edge blade
Target witch hazel
Nivea Sensitive ASB
This shave was done before retiring last night to get me through today, Tuesday, of which it has done an admirable job.
It has been a while since using one of these vintage Wilkinson blades, but oh, my! Close, smooth, and minimal irritation. I believe there's at least one more blade left in this particular 5-pack. I may have to use them up before going back to some other current blade.

Tuesday:
Gillette Model #58 & Gillette 'Swede'
Simpson X2L Colonel
Yardley Black Label hard shave soap
D R Harris's Pink A/S
Trumpers Spanish Leather
It's sad to think that this shave soap was once widely available in the US for a few bucks. In the '60s my local small town pharmacy in NJ carried it. IMO it's as good as the older tallow based Penhaligon's English Fern soap and even smells a bit like it.
